The Velella Lighting System
Vellela Lighting is a pioneer in the development of neon lighting. The product in all forms of design has been developed to reduce greenhouse emissions, save energy, protect retina damage, and reduce the cost of cooling homes and commercial structures.
The Vellela Lighting system is a neon gas light powered by a DC electrical system. It is a 'cool' light system that has no external heat with no 'greenhouse' gas emissions. The Vellela Lighting system is the only neon light fixture with a DC electrical unit. The product uses a patented system as the core of the fixture (Patent No.:US 6,471,369).
Note: It can substitute, as an example of efficiency and environmental astuteness, for all existing fluorescent and standard fixtures with a power savings of 85%.
The 'system' - all elements in use - is UL rated for USL Low Voltage Landscape Luminaries, Models: DPL (Dock Piling Lights) and LS (environmental (turtle) and landscaping lighting). As a byproduct of the neon lights illumination characteristics, it is also environmentally friendly to sea life, in particular, nesting sea turtles. Florida and U.S. statutes protect seas turtles, offering the Company a significant marketing opportunity, and an important political position in the 'greenhouse' politics of the next and coming domestic administrations.
!. State and Federal statues mandate land and dock owners, high-rise owners, municipalities
and state governments to comply with turtle friendly lighting.
2 The patented lighting system, particularly pure neon (red), are the only type of light that turtles will barely see allowing them to nest.
Vellela Lightning International has taken the conventional home, office and external lighting system, as we know it, into the 21st century by creating a system that is economic to run and aesthetically beautiful. A system that can withstand all weather conditions; one that is safe to operate, and the only lighting fixture designed and manufactured for life time use.
The Vellela Dock Piling Light
The Vellela Dock Piling Light is the only product on the market impervious to corrosive salt water. It has no metal parts. All of the fixtures are built in GE Polymer #3 - material used in fading, warping and or discoloration. The dock lighting system consists of a domed light fixture fabricated from high impact polymer plastics and resins. The dock lighting system primarily covers docks, piers and outdoor walkways where broad light coverage is necessary. The colors are red (pure neon), blue, aquamarine green and purple (argon gas), and white - additional colors are available. Because of the reflectivity of the neon, the IIIuMarine Lighting system fully illuminates, within its spectrum, the dock, water and back area of the house in a pleasing, aesthetically beautiful and comfortable ambiance.
The Vellela Strip Lighting System
The Vellela Strip Lighting System consists of an enclosed metal fabricate that is rust resistant and built for longevity. The strip lighting system is versatile with a wide range of concentration. Current applications include: beach areas, walls, patios, gardens and tree mounted applications consists of an enclosed metal fabricate that is rust resistant and built for longevity. The Vellela Retro Fit
The Velella Retro Fit is designed to replace all fluorescent fixtures, is a further enhancement of the base lighting system technology using jet age housing from the GE Polymer #3 plastic and resin compound. The Retro Fit uses an oblong neon bulb fastened in the housing with a reflective acrylic backing - lamination is provided by five (5) adjacent oblong matching panels. Enhanced lighting comes from the reflective acrylic magnification lens using varying formulas to bring the desired wattage.

Target Market Segment Strategy
In combination with the substantive Polymer construction of the Dock Piling Light system configuration, the flexible nature of the Strip Lighting system, and the breakthrough technology of the IIIuMarine Retro Fit for customized neon light constructed fixtures and units, are clear examples of the complete global market opportunities for Vellela Lightning International, LLC. The Vellela Lightning International systems provide energy efficiency with significant financial savings for commercial, residential and public utilization. It is energy efficient in an age where saving power generation is critical and soon compulsory. The system
is cost effective, and esthetically beautiful, with a unique ambient quality. The political ramifications of saving energy, money, and the environment would bring IIIuMarine Lighting Systems to the forefront of the political arena.
Velella Lighting System Benefits Summary vs. LED Lighting
· Velella Lights are non-corrosive unlike LED Lights
· Velella Lights have a up to 28 year lifespan vs. up to 4 year Limited warranties for
identified competitive LED products*
· Velella Lights have higher longevity, lower replacement rates and therefore lower
maintenance costs than LED
· Velella Lights are competitive or lower in price than LED Light alternatives*
· LED lights have serious disposal/land fill issues due to quantities of nickel and lead
heavy metals and other toxic components.
· Velella Lights use less energy than LED lights in a DC (Direct Current) form.*
· Velella Lights give off no heat and LED lights radiate heat. Therefore, Velella Lights do not measurably impact cooling cost and by definition are more efficient in use of
electricity.
· Neon Velella Lights are physiologically more comfortable to the human eye reducing
eye strain and possible damage caused by harsher LED light illumination, as per
American Eye Association studies.
· Velella Lights are not disruptive to Turtle Nesting patterns and comply with existing
Turtle Conservation Coastal Lighting Regulations*
